Rental Terms

These are the high-level terms for renting from Agent Orange Equipment Rentals LLC, doing business as AOE Rentals, 310 Coffeen St, Ranchester, WY 82839. They are not the full rental contract. The written rental agreement we send when you book is what controls that rental.

The rental

We rent a 2017 Kubota L-47. You tell us the place or job site. We schedule drop-off and later pick-up within about 25 miles of Ranchester, Wyoming. A week includes free local drop-off and pick-up. Daily jobs may have a drop-off and pick-up charge. Story and mountain runs are not available. Hours are Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, upon availability.

You operate

The customer is the operator. We drop the machine off and pick it up. We do not provide an operator. You are responsible for running it safely and for anyone you allow near the job. Before any digging, you must contact One-Call of Wyoming by dialing 811 (or 1-800-849-2476) or filing online at onecallofwyoming.com at least 2 full business days ahead, as Wyoming law requires.

Deposit

A refundable deposit hold is required before release. The amount is the deposit on our rate card and in the written agreement (currently $500). It comes back after a clean handback, less any charges the written agreement allows, such as damage, missing fuel, or hours past the included time.

Insurance

You provide proof of insurance before we release the machine, and you keep that coverage in place for the rental. You are responsible for the machine while it is in your care.

Rates

Daily, weekly, and overtime rates are the prices listed on aoerentalswyo.com unless we confirm a different price in writing. A booking is not final until we confirm the dates and you accept the written rental agreement.

Texts about your rental

One number, (307) 302-7252, handles both booking calls and rental texts. Call it to book. Rental texts come from that same number after you text START to that number. They are booking confirmations and rental updates, not marketing messages. Message frequency varies with the rental. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
