This policy describes how Agent Orange Equipment Rentals LLC (“we,” “us”), doing business as AOE Rentals, handles information when you visit https://aoerentalswyo.com, call us, or text us about a rental.

What we collect

When you ask about or book the 2017 Kubota L-47, we collect the details needed to coordinate the rental. That typically includes your name, phone number, email if you give us one, the drop-off address, requested dates, and notes about the job.

If you call or text, we keep the message or a record of the conversation so we can schedule drop-off and pick-up and follow through on the booking. This site does not use a checkout form or advertising cookies.

This site counts visits with GoatCounter, a cookie-free, privacy-friendly counter that records anonymous page-view counts only. It sets no cookies and does no personal tracking.

How we use it

We use this information for rental coordination: checking dates, confirming you will operate the machine, scheduling drop-off and pick-up within about 25 miles of Ranchester, sending the written rental agreement, and handling deposit, insurance, and handback questions. We do not sell your information.

Calls and text messages

One number, (307) 302-7252, handles both booking calls and rental texts. Call it to book; rental texts are sent from the same number. Those texts are booking confirmations and rental updates — for example confirming a drop-off window or a schedule change — not marketing blasts. Message frequency varies with your rental. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt in, text START to (307) 302-7252. The text message opt-in page states that keyword, the sending number, and how to stop or get help. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Reply HELP for help, or email jthomas8265@gmail.com. After you opt out, we will not send further texts, though we may still call or email if we need to finish a rental you already booked.

We do not share mobile numbers with third parties for their own marketing.

Sharing

We share information only when it is needed to complete the rental you asked for, with a service that sends our calls or texts on our behalf, or when the law requires it.
